Who We Are
We are a coalition of students who are changing the way that young people participate in politics.
Young people’s voices aren’t included in the political conversation in our country. As a result, issues that affect young people go ignored and young people are becoming disengaged in politics.
Our democracy is being threatened by civic disengagement, legislative gridlock, and hyperpartisanship. We need the next generation to be engaged in politics to reverse this trend and save our democracy.
We are a 501(c)(4) nonprofit with 30 paid students and hundreds of volunteers working at 9 campuses across North Carolina to empower young people in politics. We register students to vote, hold community events to connect students to the political world, and advocate for youth issues on campus and at the state legislature. Learn more about the impact we’ve had on college campuses through our Campus Organizing and at the NC General Assembly through our Advocacy.
